Choose by what’s happening to the home

If you’re handing keys back to a landlord, book the tenancy clean. It’s one price for the property and it follows what a check-out inspection looks at, with the oven added on if it needs doing. If you’re staying and the place has slipped, a deep clean sends a team of at least two for a block of hours. To keep it that way afterwards, a regular cleaner comes weekly or fortnightly. Carpets and ovens are specialist jobs with their own machines, so they’re priced separately and can be added to any of the others.

Tenancy cleans

These are priced by bedrooms, from £156 to £425, with no clock running. The inspection is what matters at the end of a let, and a clerk with a camera has no interest in how long we took. Cupboards are cleaned inside and out, bathrooms descaled, skirtings and door tops wiped, floors done last, and the oven can be added for £31. If the check-out flags anything we cleaned, a call within 48 hours gets it redone free.

Carpets

A bedroom is £36 and a living room £43, a through lounge £61 and a flight of stairs £41, with rugs at £35 or £51 by size. We only use hot water extraction, which rinses the full depth of the pile and leaves it walkable in about two hours. Dry methods skim the top and leave the damaging grit behind.

Ovens

One price per appliance, from £77 for a single to £143 for a two-oven AGA. The racks and trays go out to the heated tank on the van, and the cavity, door glass and seals get done by hand. Hobs (£23) and extractors (£28) are add-ons. You can cook the same evening. AGAs need turning off the night before.

Regular cleaning

£23 an hour for weekly visits and £24 for fortnightly, for each cleaner, so three hours comes to £69. There’s no contract or joining fee, and a visit runs for three hours at the least. We keep the same cleaner on your home, because by the tenth visit they know the house and get through far more. Ironing is £12 an hour, charged on top of the cleaning hours.

Deep cleans

Charged at £26 an hour per cleaner, plus £30 for kit, with a minimum of two cleaners for three hours, which is £186. Three people for three hours is £264, two for four hours £238. Typical reasons are builders just leaving, a house going on the market, or family about to descend.

Two common mix-ups

People ask for a deep clean when they’re moving out. With keys going back to an agent, the fixed-price tenancy clean is almost always right, since it’s built around the inspection and the price can’t creep up with the hours. The other one is expecting a weekly cleaner to rescue a house left for a year. That house wants a team first, and then the weekly visits keep it there.

Why Slough jobs differ

The water comes first. The Slough South works supplies it at about 299 mg/l against a UK norm of roughly 170, so scale turns up in every service: acid gel left to work on shower glass, taps and shower heads on every regular visit, and a treated rinse in the carpet machine so wool doesn’t dry grey. Then there’s the rental churn. Private renting and house shares here are among the highest in the South East, so move-outs run all year and same-day changeovers are routine. North of town, dust from the Trading Estate and the M4 corridor means sills, blinds and extractor grilles need more frequent attention. Access varies as well, with the station-area blocks needing a fob arranged ahead. None of this alters the price, though it does affect which slots we can offer.

One list everywhere

Prices are identical in every part of SL1, SL2 and SL3, and in Burnham over the county line. Our areas page covers each neighbourhood, the price list has every figure including the £67 one-off minimum, and the contact page says what we need to know to quote on the phone.

Questions we get asked

Which service should I book when moving out?

The end of tenancy clean, priced by property from £156 for a studio to £425 for four bedrooms. It follows what the check-out inspection covers, and the oven goes on for £31. A deep clean is priced on team hours and meant for homes you’re staying in.

Can I combine two services in one visit?

Yes, and it often works out cheaper. We can have the oven racks soaking out in the van while a bedroom carpet is being extracted upstairs, so £77 plus £36 costs you barely more time than one job, and the £67 minimum only needs clearing once.

Do evenings or weekends cost more?

No. We work 8am to 7pm, seven days, at one rate. Many households in Langley, Chalvey and Wexham work airport or hospital shifts, so the early and late slots are the first to go.

How soon can you come?

Usually within two or three days, and often the same week if you call in the morning. Move-outs are tightest because Slough tenancies turn over all year, so same-day changeover slots fill early in the week.
